Warranty Conditions

For refurbished Seconds or Factory Seconds

This Product is a refurbished second or a repack second and has a 12 month repair warranty against defects in workmanship and materials from the date of purchase upon providing valid proof of purchase

(Product testing has been undertaken so it is possible coffee bean residue could be evident in machine)

Special Conditions

The Repair warranty excludes breakage or damage in transit and does not cover consumables or removable components such as coffee beans, jugs, water filters, lubricant, filters, pannarello’s etc.

Accessories

As a factory second your machine may not contain accessories, SAECO reserves the right to replace or repair an accessory. Instruction books etc. may not be replaced, however please visit our website www.saeco.com.au/manual

Commercial Use

This product is designed for normal household usage and care. Commercial use may void your warranty

Normal wear and tear

Normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty

Misuse

This product will not be accepted under warranty if it has been misused

Routine Maintenance

Saeco recommends coffee machines are descaled quarterly, or as may be prompted by the machine, and also serviced regularly by Authorized Service centre's. (Routine preventative maintenance services are not covered by warranty)
