Q. What is the difference between a coffee machine Rebuild and Repack?

Repack is a machine that has a damaged carton or may be used for display purposes. Rebuild is a machine which has been used for demonstration purposes, ex display or has had a minor problem which has been repaired. In some cases there may be a superficial mark or scratch on the unit. All units are in working order, are in immaculate condition and are professionally cleaned.

Q. What is the warranty period?

All Machines purchased from the Saeco Outlet Shop are covered by a 1 year repair warranty.

Q. What is the return policy?

12 month REPAIR WARANTY on all Saeco and Gaggia Coffee Machines purchased from the Saeco Outlet Shop

Q. Where do the machines come from?

The Saeco coffee machines are sourced from the Saeco Outlet Shop which is located at Saeco International Group head office in Melbourne Victoria.

Q. What do I do if I am having a problem with my machine?

If you are having trouble operating your machine please revert to your instruction manual, if you are still having trouble with your machine please contact our customer service centre 1800 0 SAECO (72326) or email info.saecoaustralia@philips.com

Q. What do I do if my machine has a fault?

If the coffee machine is faulty, you need to take it to a Saeco authorized repair agent. Multiple Saeco authorized repair agents are located in every state of Australia.

If the machine has just been purchased from the T2, you can contact the Saeco outlet shop for advise, alternatively the Saeco customer support team can be called on 1800 0 SAECO.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

Up to 1 week (usually less). Shipping is free if your order is over $150

Online via Saeco Outlet Shop or at any major retailer (Myer, Harvey Norman, Retravision, The Good Guys)

Q. My machine did not come with accessories?

Rebuilt machines generally only come with the instruction manual and power cord.

If you would like to purchase accessories, they are available from our website, and authorized service centers.              

Q. Where can I buy the Lavazza Amodo Mio coffee capsules from?

You can purchase the capsules from Harvey Norman, Myer, selected Retravision and Good Guy Stores. Also available online through Lavazza.

Q. Where can I buy the capsules for the Office One machine?

The capsules can be purchased from Harvey Norman and MAP coffee.

Q. Warranty conditions?

The warranty conditions on the Saeco machines are a 12 month repair warranty when purchased from the Saeco Outlet Shop. Machines need to be taken direct by the customer to one of our many authorized service agents throughout Australia.
